finessTV for Mac
The Sat IP-compatible TV receiver should play an M3U playlist of the available live channels via DLNA/UPnP. Alternatively, an M3U playlist URL can be specified in the settings.

finessTV Server
The incoming connections must be allowed in the firewall settings of the server (and the Mac client)!
After successfully starting the server, the server starts VLC in the background and saves the current live stream as a segmented live stream.
